From the founder
What I shipped solo, and what I'm hiring for
I'm Angel. I co-founded Gartner's AI & ML Strategy and Market Analytics practices, ran consumer data strategy at Nike EMEA, and spent fifteen-plus years on data and AI programmes that mostly failed for the same reason: nobody could surface what the organisation already knew before deciding what to build. I went solo from idea to v1 because I wanted to prove the thesis (institutional knowledge, structured properly, changes which AI bets get picked) before bringing partners in.
Where things stand now: MVP shipped October 2025, v1 in Q2 2026, Quickstart tier live and self-serve. Design partners across enterprise and small-business segments shaped the MVP, v1, and Quickstart self-serve; advisory relationships in PE and consulting, with LOI and MOU in contracting. BSC AI Factory residency in Barcelona runs through September 2026 (co-working space, supercomputer access, BSC researcher support, programme network). Currently bootstrapped.
What I'm not. I'm not a full business person or a full engineering person; I'm reasonable on both, and the proof is that I got AI Readi from idea to v1 with traction and validation. I'm definitely not the operations person. Operations are critical and I respect that, but I don't have the skills to execute well there.
What I want from a co-founder beyond the JD. Transparency, honesty, and direct communication. Non-violent but direct, so we course-correct at the first opportunity. Discourse as a way to move the product forward, not the thing to avoid. And motivation to solve a deep-rooted problem in innovative ways, knowing success will need real effort to educate and shift the status quo.

Co-founder opportunities
Calls on engineering, GTM, and how the company is built run through you. Two co-founder slots: technical owns the platform and engineering, growth owns commercial.
Founder-tier equity. Initial grant 5–15%, scaling with experience; further unlocks on milestones. Top of band 20–30% for the right person. Four-year vest with a one-year cliff.
Currently bootstrapped. Salary kicks in once the first financing round closes. Targeting a $1.6M Discounted Seed (the goal: more aggressive on growth and platform build-in), or a $600K Pre-Seed as the lean alternative; both paths reach a strong commercial and platform position.
