What we're building
88% of companies have adopted AI, but only 7% have actually scaled it. Most organisations don't fail because the technology isn't ready. Co-founder roles
We're hiring two co-founders to build AI Readi alongside the founding team. These are hands-on roles with real ownership, not advisory positions. Both come with equity and a clear path to compensation.
- •5-15% equity (more can be discussed based on experience and what you bring to the table)
- •Currently bootstrapped and unpaid; compensation kicks in within 3-6 months as VC conversations progress, especially once the co-founding team is formed
- •Ideally based in Barcelona, where we're part of the BSC AI Factory incubation programme with coworking and access to HPC resources. But remote within Europe works if you're the right person
- •These roles will shape the company. You'd be joining before product-market fit is locked in, which means your decisions carry real weight
